Under a heavy down, Kiyovu Sport added more misery on Mukura VS at Nyamirambo Stadium when they bounced back to seal a victory in the ongoing Ubutwari football tournament on Monday.
Kiyovu Sport beat Mukura VS 4-2 in a feat nobody saw coming, with Martin Fabrice giving Kiyovu the lead on the 11 minute of the game, while Mukura VS player Bertranda Iradukunda equalized two minutes later. Robert Saba for Kiyovu made it 2-1, 12 minutes before the end of the first half.
After the break the energized side Kiyovu continued pressing, they controlled procession in the opening minutes of the second half on the wet unplayable ground.
And it was not long before Jean Claude Nizeyimana nicked named Rustiro extended lead when he netted the fourth goal on the 60th minute through a well-struck shot.
Innocent Ndizeye netted a second for Mukura VS on the 65-minute of the half-hour, while on form Fabrice made it 4-2 for Kiyovu to seal a victory for his side two before the final whistle.
The defeat means the Huye based Mukura VS will have to wait until next year to try winning the Ubutwari tournament having suffered a second loss 3-1 to APR in the opening game.

Meanwhile, in the other game, APR FC beat law enforcers Police FC to win the game by 1-0 through a lone goal by Innocent Nshuti.
Kiyovu Sports will face defending champions APR FC to determine the winner of the trophy this year, a draw will be enough for the Military side lift the trophy, while Mukura Victory Sports will meet Police FC on Hero’s Day February 1. The tournament is organized
APR lead the standing with six points, Kiyovu Sport is second with 3 tied with Police FC and Mukura VS is bottom with no point in two matches. The final will be played on February 1, a day designed as the Hero’s Day in Rwanda.
