President Paul Kagame as the Commander-in-Chief of Rwanda Defense Forces (RDF) has promoted Colonel Andrew Nyamvumba to the rank of Brigadier General.
According to the communique released by the RDF on August 19, the promotion takes immediate effect.
Colonel Andrew Nyamvumba has been working as the Head of Training and Operations in RDF.
