The Rt. Hon. Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente this Friday received H.E. Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar and his delegation.
The two leaders, together with their respective delegations,held bilateral talks on how to further strengthen economic cooperation between Qatar and Rwanda.
Prior to paying a courtesy call to the Rwandan Prime Minister, H.E. Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani and his delegation held discussions with the Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Dr. Richard Sezibera. Their discussions were mainly on how to cement diplomatic ties between the two countries. He also visited the Kigali Genocide Memorial.
Before ending his two day working visit, he will today meet His Excellency Paul Kagame, the President of Republic of Rwanda.
