This Tuesday, 29 June 2021, Rwandan Foreign Affairs Minister Vincent Biruta was received by Luigi Di Maio, his Italian counterpart who is hosting the G20 Foreign Affairs Ministers’ Meeting in the city of Matera.
Rwanda is attending the G20 Foreign Affairs Ministers’ meeting as Chair of the AUDA-NEPAD Heads of State and Government Orientation Committee.
The coronavirus pandemic, climate change and food security are on the agenda this Tuesday as foreign ministers from the G-20 group of nations meet in Italy.
The talks in the city of Matera represent the first time the ministers are gathering in person since 2019.
