President Paul Kagame on Thursday officially inaugurated City Blue Epic Hotel in Nyagatare District in the Eastern Province.
The hotel was constructed by the Eastern Province Investment Cooperation (EPIC), a consortium of business men in the province. The hotel with 76 rooms and conference facilities becomes one of the latest additions to a growing hospitality sector in Nyagatare.
The president commended the investment saying that, Rwandans need to know that this facility is as good as any in the world and encouraged everyone to make use of it.
The official inauguration of City Blue Epic Hotel was also attended by the First Lady and other different official who had been attending the 15th National Leadership Retreat. Some officials were hosted by the hotel during the retreat.
