Kigali:President Paul Kagame this Saturday joined the residents of Kimihurura in Kigali City during the the Monthly Umuganda work.
The President encouraged the residents to work together as away of sustaining what has been achieved.
“I am here to join hands with you to challenge ourselves. To set even more goals and to continue sustaining what we have achieved, as well as maintaining it. Achieving transformation starts with us. When we have productive thoughts, behaviours, and actions, everything else goes the right way. This is what we have to strive for, to continue our national development. I want to thank you for upholding this culture of working together, through Umuganda, of complementing each other and putting our efforts together. If we did not have it, we would not have achieved this level of development. Our transformation is a result of joining our hands, working together, and believing in working for the progress we need and deserve.” President Kagame remarks during the Monthly Umuganda
