The Rwandan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Dr Vincent Biruta today arrived in In Dar es Salaam, Tanzania for an official visit.
Minister Vincent Biruta was received by his Tanzanian counterpart, Minister Liberata Mulamula.
After a tête-à-tête, they co-chaired the 15th Joint Permanent Commission between Rwanda & Tanzania and signed Joint Permanent Commission decisions as well as an Memorandum of Understanding in Defence cooperation.
