CHOGM: Traffic Advisory for Friday, June 24, 2022

The following roads will be used by CHOGM delegates on Friday June 24, 2022. These roads will not be closed for traffic but road users will be required to give right of way to the delegates’ convoy, when necessary.

Kigali International Airport – Giporoso – Kisimenti – KCC – Kimihurura – Sopetrad – Payaje – Serena Hotel.

Kigali International Airport – Kabeza – Giporoso – Kisimenti – KCC – Kimihurura – Sopetrad – Payaje – Serena Hotel.

Serena Hotel – Sopetrad – Kimihurura – KCC.

Serena Hotel – Yamaha – Kigali Genocide Memorial (Gisozi).

Road KG48 St (Kacyiru) – MINAGRI to Kigali Golf Resort.

You can also use road junctions (check “C” on the map) at Payage, Gishushu, Kisimenti and Prince House to cross the above-mentioned roads to connect to other alternative routes.

Mulindi – Kanombe – Nyarugunga Health Center – Busanza – Itunda/Rubirizi – Kabeza – Niboye – Kicukiro Centre – Sonatubes or Gitwaza – Rwandex – Kanogo – Rugunga – At 40.

Gisozi – ULK – Beritwari – Gaposho – Gakinjiro – Kinamba – Kacyiru or Utexrwa.

Kinamba – Nyabugogo – Yamaha – Gereza – Onatracom.

We urge road users to bear with the changes and to respect traffic rules and regulations. Police officers will be available to direct you.
