AIESEC in Rwanda is teaming up with leading institutions like the Rwanda Stock Exchange and the National Bank of Rwanda to host Global Money Week 2024 in the country.

The week-long event kicks off today, March 18th, and runs until March 24th, offering Rwandan youths a chance to learn valuable financial skills.

This year’s Global Money Week focuses on the theme “Protect Your Money, Secure Your Future,” highlighting the importance of financial literacy for young people.

AIESEC has planned a series of engaging activities throughout the week, including keynote speeches by financial experts, workshops, and even a financial literacy school tour.

“We’re excited to partner with these esteemed institutions to bring Global Money Week to Rwanda,” said an AIESEC in Rwanda spokesperson. “This initiative aligns perfectly with our mission to empower young people with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.”

The spokesperson emphasized the collaborative effort and its potential impact. “By working together, we can significantly raise awareness about financial literacy and its role in building a secure future,” they added.

AIESEC in Rwanda and their partners are committed to ensuring Rwandan youths have access to the resources they need to make informed financial decisions.
