A new hub for business education opened in Kigali on Saturday, promising to equip Rwandans with practical skills to grow enterprises and strengthen the economy.
The Hubbard College of Administration (HCA) Kigali held its inauguration at Century Park Hotel, welcoming government officials, business leaders, educators, and international partners. Organizers called the campus a milestone in Africa’s push for ethical, practical, and sustainable management.
Founded on the administrative principles of L. Ron Hubbard, HCA teaches individuals and organizations to build structure, discipline, and expansion across all levels of operation — from small startups to large enterprises.

“Those who get along in life never really stop studying and learning,” Hubbard wrote in The Way to Happiness. That philosophy underpins the college’s programs, which emphasize continuous learning and real-world application.
The Kigali campus offers courses for young graduates, entrepreneurs, professionals, and established business owners. Programs cover administrative principles, marketing, finance, leadership, personnel development, and business expansion. Students also complete practical exercises, projects, and internships.
“Our mission is not simply to educate,” said Damien Mouzoun, founder of Ayina Think Tank. “It is to equip men and women with the exact tools of administration that enable them to organize, lead, and expand not just for profit, but for prosperity and service to humanity.”

Sponsor Venuste Twagiramungu (pictured) said the programs also help organizations identify weak points, from financial challenges to untrained staff, and provide practical solutions.
The Kigali campus is part of a network of over 40 HCA colleges worldwide, all focused on producing competent leaders who drive ethical growth. “This is a space where ideas meet structure,” said Father George Jean Claude Murekeyimana. “Where vision is transformed into strategy, and strategy into measurable results.”
Guests praised the new campus as a boost for Rwanda’s entrepreneurship and economic development. “Every nation rises or falls on its ability to train its people,” said Eng. Papias Kazawadi, CEO of TASKS Africa. “This training center brings exactly what Africa needs: applicable skills, sound ethics, and administrative excellence.”
The opening ended with music, cultural performances, and tours of the modern facilities at 39 KG167 St., Kimironko. The first cohort of students has already started classes.
HCA International is a global educational network offering competency-based business programs grounded in L. Ron Hubbard’s administrative philosophy. With over 40 campuses worldwide, HCA teaches entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals practical skills that drive measurable organizational growth and ethical leadership.
