Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Ambassador Olivier Nduhungirehe met on Sunday with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani during an official visit to Doha.
The two officials discussed bilateral relations and explored ways to strengthen cooperation between Rwanda and Qatar, according to a statement from Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
They also reviewed regional developments, including efforts to help resolve the ongoing crisis between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Other issues of mutual interest were also addressed during the meeting.
